However, only a few of them will arrive on the scene at a time (from both the left and right sides), so you shouldn't have much trouble hacking them apart before they can cause any real damage. When you drop down to this area, you'll need to deal with a lot more than just the handful of machines that you initially see standing around on guard duty. You can fly across the gap using the pods. You'll gain a lot of firepower when you board a mech. Put that to the test by destroying the droid and crates, then continue left to find a drop-off leading to an area where more of the troops await.
Look just past where the beacon appears and you'll see an enemy and some crates on a ledge nearer the screen as Yoda tells you that you can focus your Force power for more frightful blasts. Now you will climb up a short ledge and onto a rocky outcropping ahead. Do so until the last of the obstructions are removed, then resume your trek toward the left. There you'll find a stack of crates and Yoda will instruct you on how you can use the Force to knock them out of your path. However, proceeding forward causes the ledge to drop and you'll slide to an area below. You will be able to hop along the rest of them to reach more solid ground on the other side. Jump out toward the first of them, as instructed. Yoda assures you that you can jump toward these and land safely. You can continue making simple leaps along this area until you reach a large beam that runs parallel to a series of much smaller platforms.
When you do, you'll land safely on the rail that snakes its way in that direction. Here, Yoda will instruct you to double jump toward the left.
When you've passed that beacon, you'll come to a gap.
